California High School Basketball - Vasquez edges The Palmdale Aerospace Academy

The Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA) basketball nipped the visiting The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA), 66-61 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their test against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, California City was tipped by Lancaster (Lancaster, CA), 56-45, in a non-league test.

The Griffins now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palmdale for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 15. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 90-47 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
