The Taft Greyhounds basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Annapolis Christian Academy Warriors to 20 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jourdanton for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 16. Taft will battle a Indians/Squaws team coming off a 31-27 non-league win over Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Indians/Squaws record now stands at 2-0.

The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Refugio (Refugio, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record.
