The Verden Tigers basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Fletcher Wildcats to 26 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sterling for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 18. Verden will battle a Tigers team coming off a 79-62 non-league loss to Navajo (Altus, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.
The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cyril (Cyril, OK). The Pirates enter the Caddo-Comanche contest with a 0-0 record.
