The Philadelphia Tornadoes basketball team scored 50 points and held the host McAdams Bulldogs to 47 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tornadoes now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. Philadelphia will battle a Saints team coming off a 49-29 non-league loss to Bogue Chitto (Bogue Chitto, MS). The Saints record now stands at 1-3.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Leake Central (Carthage, MS). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Leake Central nudged Forest (Forest, MS), 44-30, in a non-league contest.
