Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Red Bank Lions (Chattanooga, TN), 44-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ooltewah upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Owls host Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Coahulla Creek won 66-26 in their recent non-league bout against Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA)

Next up, the Lions play the William Blount Governors (Maryville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Red Bank will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
