California High School Basketball - Vasquez nudges The Palmdale Aerospace Academy

In Tuesday's league outing, the Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA), by a margin of 33-29.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Paraclete (Lancaster, CA). The Spirits go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Paraclete held off Highland (Bakersfield, CA), 36-28, in a non-league outing.

The Griffins now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host St. Monica Academy for a Heritage outing on Thursday, November 16. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 55-17 non-league loss to Mayfield (Pasadena, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.
