The Anacoco Indians basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Florien Blackcats to 44 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Indians now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Glenmora for a non-league game on Friday, November 15. Anacoco will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 62-57 non-league loss to Pitkin (Pitkin, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Florien falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Blackcats travel to Simpson (Simpson, LA) to confront the Broncos in a non-league game on Saturday, November 16. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 2-3. Simpson lost 66-37 in their recent non-league game against Hicks (Leesville, LA)
