Texas High School Volleyball - Ponder over Gunter

The Ponder Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Gunter Tigers to 1 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 36-5 record. They play next when they travel to Tatum for a non-league outing on Friday, November 15. Ponder will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 40-5.

With the loss, Gunter drops to 31-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to New Diana (Diana, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, November 15. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 29-11. New Diana won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against White Oak (White Oak, TX)
