The Phil Campbell Bobcats basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Cherokee Indians to 27 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bobcats now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Russellville for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 18. Phil Campbell will clash with a Golden Tigers squad coming off a 70-54 non-league loss to Buckhorn (New Market, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Tremont (Tremont, MS). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Tremont overcame Brilliant (Brilliant, AL), 67-52, in a non-league outing.
