North Carolina High School Basketball - Summit Charter overwhelms Nantahala

The Summit Charter Bears basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Nantahala Hawks to 12 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 18. Summit Charter will confront a Eagles team coming off a 48-29 non-league loss to Creekview (Canton, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Nantahala drops to 0-1 on the year. The Hawks host Rosman (Rosman, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a Smoky Mountain 1A/2A outing on Monday, November 24. The Tigers enter the outing with a record of 0-0.
