Carroll Eagles (Ozark, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Daleville Warhawks (Daleville, AL), 50-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Carroll upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, November 18. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Cottonwood won 50-36 in their recent non-league bout against Long (Skipperville, AL)

Next up, the Warhawks play the Ashford Yellowjackets (Ashford, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 28. Daleville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
