The Spur Bulldogs basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Highland Hornets to 38 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hermleigh for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Spur will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 33-28 non-league loss to Stanton (Stanton, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-1.
The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kingdom Prep Academy (Lubbock, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
