In Friday's non-league contest, the host John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers basketball team scored a big 96-36 triumph over the Altamont Knights.
The Cavaliers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, St. John Paul II was trounced by Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (Huntsville, AL), 52-22, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Tarrant Wildcats (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, November 18. Altamont will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 81-60 non-league win over Pell City (Pell City, AL).
