Covenant Christian Cougars (Colleyville, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Pantego Christian Panthers (Arlington, TX), 41-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Covenant Christian advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Trinity Christian (Addison, TX) to face the Trojans in a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 3-0.

The Panthers now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host BigTyme Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, November 17. Pantego Christian will battle a Bears team coming off a 82-40 non-league loss to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-2.
