Freedom Prep Academy Eagles (Provo, UT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Telos (Orem, UT), 71-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Freedom Prep Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to American Leadership Academy (Spanish Fork, UT) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-1. American Leadership Academy lost 70-41 in their recent non-league bout against Provo (Provo, UT)

Next up, the play the Altamont Longhorns (Altamont, UT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 18. Telos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Longhorns come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 73-17 non-league win over Utah School for the Deaf & Blind (Ogden, UT).
