Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Belmont Sentinels (Los Angeles, CA), 60-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Mendez upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Bernstein (Hollywood, CA) to play the Dragons in a Central bout on Monday, November 27. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Bernstein lost 50-48 in their recent league bout against Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Sentinels play the Torres Toros (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Belmont will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Toros go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 49-5 non-league win over Monroe (North Hills, CA).
