    The Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Giles County Bobcats to 25 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

    The Golden Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knoxville Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21.

    The Bobcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
