In Sunday's league game, the host Padua Franciscan Bruins ice hockey squad scored a tight 6-0 win over the Gilmour Academy Lancers.
With the win, Padua Franciscan moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bruins host Avon (Avon, OH) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, November 22. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Lancers now hold a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John's Jesuit for a non-league contest on Friday, November 21.
