Texas High School Basketball - Midland knocked off by Seguin

November 17, 2022: Midland, TX 79701

The Seguin Matadors basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Midland Bulldogs to 41 in the Matadors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Matadors now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carroll for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Seguin will meet a Tigers team coming off a 58-49 non-league loss to Clemens (Schertz, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, San Antonio Christian was defeated by Clemens (Schertz, TX), 76-33, in a non-league contest.
