North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Western Hills Cougars (Fort Worth, TX), 33-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Side upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Steers travel to South Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Scorpions in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 17. The Scorpions go into the bout with a record of 1-2. South Hills won 40-30 in their recent non-league bout against Venus (Venus, TX)

Next up, the Cougars play the North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Western Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
