Alabama High School Basketball - Stanhope Elmore tops Lee

November 17, 2022: Millbrook, AL 36054

Stanhope Elmore Mustangs (Millbrook, AL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lee Generals (Montgomery, AL), 60-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Stanhope Elmore upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Elmore County (Eclectic, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Generals play the Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Red Devils come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 52-39 non-league win over Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL).
