Tennessee High School Basketball - Ripley crushes Brighton

November 17, 2023: Ripley, TN 38063

Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN), 66-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ripley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Dyer County (Newbern, TN) to play the Choctaws in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Choctaws go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Dyer County won 79-62 in their recent non-league bout against Lake County (Tiptonville, TN)

Next up, the Cardinals play the City University School of Liberal Arts (Memphis, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Brighton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 66-55 non-league loss to Kirby (Memphis, TN).
