Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Tuscaloosa County Wildcats (Northport, AL), 54-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northridge upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Jaguars host Helena (Helena, AL) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Monday, November 20. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Helena won 46-28 in their recent non-league bout against Spain Park (Hoover, AL)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Tuscaloosa County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 70-30 non-league win over Calera (Calera, AL).
