The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Laguna Acoma Hawks (New Laguna, NM), saw Menaul's volleyball squad nip Laguna Acoma by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Menaul upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Panthers travel to Texico (Texico, NM) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 21-4. Texico won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Tularosa (Tularosa, NM)

The Hawks now own a 19-7 record.
