The Gilmour Academy Lancers edged the visiting St. Francis de Sales Knights ice hockey squad by a tally of 2-1 in Sunday's non-league match.
Next, the Lancers clash with the Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a match, on Saturday, November 23. Gilmour Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH).
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their match against St. John's Jesuit (Toledo, OH). The Titans enter the match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, St. John's Jesuit was edged by University School (Hunting Valley, OH), 5-0, in a league match.
