Alabama High School Basketball - Southside routs Gaston

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Southside Panthers basketball team scored a big 52-11 triumph over the Gaston Bulldogs.

The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Hokes Bluff was overwhelmed by Sardis (Boaz, AL), 51-36, in a non-league outing.

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their outing against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL). The Thunder enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Jacksonville Christian Academy routed Alabama School for the Deaf (Talladega, AL), 54-18, in a non-league outing.
