    Mize Bulldogs (Mize, MS) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS), 43-36 in a non-league match.

    With the victory, Mize advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS) to meet the War EaglesLady War Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 18. The War EaglesLady War Eagles enter the match with a record of 2-0. Wayne County won 54-31 in their recent non-league contest against Petal (Petal, MS)

    In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Clarkdale Bulldogs (Meridian, MS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 18. Stringer will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 58-17 non-league loss to West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS).
