Midway Falcons (Henrietta, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Henrietta Bearcats (Henrietta, TX), 49-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Midway upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Alvord (Alvord, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Bearcats clash with the Poolville Monarchs (Poolville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Henrietta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Monarchs go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 60-58 non-league loss to Mineral Wells (Mineral Wells, TX).
