The Winston-Salem Christian National Lions basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles to 49 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DME Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 19. Winston-Salem Christian National will battle a DME Academy team coming off a 63-49 non-league loss to Combine Academy (Lincolnton, NC). The DME Academy record now stands at 3-2.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against New Life Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Monarchs enter the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, New Life Christian Academy ran past Elevation Prep Academy (Charlotte, NC), 60-58, in a non-league contest.
