St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Madison County Tigers (Gurley, AL), 53-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. John Paul II upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, AL) to play the Aggies in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 23. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Hamilton won 55-32 in their recent non-league bout against Fyffe (Fyffe, AL)

Next up, the Tigers play the West Limestone Wildcats (Lester, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Madison County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 63-30 non-league loss to Hartselle (Hartselle, AL).
