C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons (Pikeville, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Eastern Wayne Warriors (Goldsboro, NC), 54-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, C.B. Aycock upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Falcons host North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 0-1. North Lenoir lost 67-31 in their recent non-league bout against Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC)

Next up, the Warriors play the Greene Central Rams (Snow Hill, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Eastern Wayne will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 67-31 non-league win over North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC).
