Malad Dragons (Malad, ID) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Ririe Bulldogs (Ririe, ID), 71-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Malad upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID) to play the Archers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Archers come into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Aberdeen Tigers (Aberdeen, ID) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Ririe will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 66-14 non-league loss to American Falls (American Falls, ID).
