In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers basketball team scored a big 89-50 triumph over the St. John Paul II Falcons.

The Cavaliers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Mountain Brook smashed Madison Academy (Madison, AL), 70-45, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 22. St. John Paul II will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 73-56 non-league win over East Lawrence (Trinity, AL).
