The Parker Thundering Herd basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host McAdory Yellowjackets to 67 in the Thundering Herd non-league triumph on Monday.
The Thundering Herd now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Hillcrest for a 7A Area 5 game on Tuesday, November 19. Parker will confront a Patriots team coming off a 53-34 non-league win over James Clemens (Madison, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, McAdory falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Hoover (Hoover, AL) to confront the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 19. The Buccaneers go into the game with a record of 4-0. Hoover won 74-46 in their recent non-league game against Columbus (Columbus, MS)
