Mississippi High School Soccer - Riverside toppled by Vicksburg

Vicksburg Gators (Vicksburg, MS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS), 8-0 in a non-league outing.
The Gators (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Murrah (Jackson, MS). The Mustangs enter the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Murrah was overwhelmed by Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS), 6-1, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenville for a non-league test on Thursday, November 20. Riverside will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 23-0 non-league win over Coahoma County (Clarksdale, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 4-0.
