Texas High School Basketball - Austin fells Milby

November 19, 2024: Houston, TX 77012

The Austin Mustangs basketball team scored 37 points and limited the host Milby Buffs to 29 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Spring Woods for a 5A Region III District 21 game on Friday, November 22. Austin will confront a Tigers team coming off a 82-34 league win over Westbury (Houston, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Milby falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Buffs host Madison (Houston, TX) to confront the Marlins in a 5A Region III District 21 game on Saturday, November 23. The Marlins go into the game with a record of 0-5. Madison lost 62-13 in their recent league game against Sterling (Houston, TX)
