The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jeffers Jets (Painesdale, MI) and the host Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI), witnessed Jeffers's ice hockey team defeat Negaunee by a score of 11-2.

The Jets (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Miners battle the Kingsford Flivvers (Kingsford, MI) in a Lake Superior challenge, on Thursday, November 21. Negaunee will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Flivvers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Escanaba (Escanaba, MI).
