The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Tioga Indians (Tioga, LA) and the visiting Avoyelles Charter Vikings (Mansura, LA), observed Tioga's basketball team overwhelm Avoyelles Charter by a score of 49-20.
The Indians (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest (Opelousas, LA). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Northwest walloped Carencro (Lafayette, LA), 56-37, in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ville Platte for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 2.
