Middletown Mustangs (Middletown, CA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Fort Bragg Timberwolves (Fort Bragg, CA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs face the Making Waves Academy Marlins (Richmond, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 5. Middletown will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Marlins enter the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA).
The Timberwolves now have a 5-12 record.
