New Mexico High School Volleyball - Highland nudged by Grants

The Grants Pirates volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Highland Hornets to 1 in the Pirates league victory on Thursday.
The Pirates now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belen for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 7. Grants will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
The Hornets (1-13) will now prepare for their game against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars enter the non-league game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Valencia was nudged by St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
