New Mexico High School Volleyball - Farmington Volcano Vista

In Saturday's league match, the Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Hawks battle the Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM) in a 5A District 1 match, on Tuesday, November 5. Volcano Vista will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Storm enter the match with a 19-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM).

The Scorpions (8-13) will now prepare for their match against Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars enter the 5A District 1 match with a 14-7 record. In their last match, Cibola notched a victory over Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 3-1, in a league match.
