In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Northlake Christian Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Live Oak Eagles.
The Wolverines (25-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Live Oak (Watson, LA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 13-18 record. In their last challenge, Live Oak lost by Dutchtown (Geismar, LA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 2. Live Oak will attempt to upgrade on its 16-19 season record.
