Alden-Hebron Green Giants (Hebron, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy Guardians (Rockford, IL), 61-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Alden-Hebron upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Green Giants host LaMoille (LaMoille, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, November 27. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Guardians play the Mooseheart Red Ramblers (Mooseheart, IL) in a Northeastern bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
