Texas High School Basketball - Farmersville can't hold off Rains

The Rains Wildcats basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Farmersville Farmers to 61 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Samuell for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Rains will battle a Spartans team coming off a 94-30 non-league win over Eustace (Eustace, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.
The Farmers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Commerce (Commerce, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Commerce edged Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 61-52, in a non-league contest.
