North Carolina High School Basketball - Oxford Prep ripped by Falls Lake

The Falls Lake Firebirds basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Oxford Prep Griffins to 35 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Monday.

The Firebirds now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Triangle Math & Science for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Falls Lake will meet a Tigers team coming off a 69-31 non-league win over Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-2.

The Griffins (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Guardians enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Wake Prep Academy triumphed over Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC), 44-20, in a non-league contest.
