Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Hightower tops Ridge Point

Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX), 43-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fort Bend Hightower upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX) to play the Sharks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 22. The Sharks come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Shadow Creek lost 45-41 in their recent non-league bout against Brandeis (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Ridge Point will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 48-33 non-league loss to West Brook (Beaumont, TX).
