In Monday's league challenge, the Wheeling Park Patriots (Wheeling, WV) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA), by a margin of 4-3.

The Patriots now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moon Area for a PIHL Class A Blue challenge on Monday, November 27. Wheeling Park will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.
