The West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) basketball were winner over the host Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC), 77-59 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Colts now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host North Stanly for a non-league bout on Friday, November 22. West Stanly will play a Comets team coming off a 81-64 non-league win over Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC). The Comets record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Albemarle falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, November 22. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-0.
