The East Wake Academy Eagles basketball squad (Zebulon, NC), was nudged 26-21 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Eno River Academy Bobcats (Hillsborough, NC)

With the victory, Eno River Academy advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Bobcats host River Mill (Graham, NC) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Monday, November 25. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 0-1. River Mill lost 63-30 in their recent non-league battle against Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC)

The Eagles now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxford Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. East Wake Academy will meet a Griffins squad coming off a 43-36 non-league loss to J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC). The Griffins record now stands at 0-3.
