In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Pascagoula Panthers basketball team scored a good 53-36 triumph over the Hattiesburg Tigers.
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lanier (Jackson, MS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Lanier notched a victory over Callaway (Jackson, MS), 87-66, in a non-league match.
The Tigers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Resurrection Catholic for a non-league match on Saturday, November 22. Hattiesburg will face a Eagles squad coming off a 59-43 non-league win over Vancleave (Vancleave, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
